A LITTLE ABOUT ME

Curious by nature.
Practical by choice.

I’m Kris LeBlanc. I enjoy understanding how things fit together, then building something that makes them a little more useful.

From enterprise systems
to the workbench.

My professional work connects enterprise migrations, identity and integrations, automation, and technical leadership. I’ve led distributed engineers, delivered hundreds of migrations, and built tooling to make complex environments easier to support. I enjoy bringing clarity to difficult situations and helping people deliver dependable results.

Outside that work, the curiosity continues: 3D printing, electronics, websites, Android and Wear OS, monitoring, and connecting hardware with APIs. I also explore radio-frequency technology, defensive information security, and vehicle-data ideas. Those explorations focus on systems I own or am authorized to assess.

The Cybertronian names bring some Transformers personality to the environment. There’s room for portable gaming too, and Kup—an older tablet with a useful second life—keeps books, comics, and manuals close at hand.

PaladinX is where these interests become project stories and practical how-tos. Some work is live, some is developing, and some belongs to the archive. I want to make those differences clear and share what I learn along the way.

01

Connect the pieces

Look at the whole system: people, software, data, hardware, and the handoffs between them.

02

Build with care

Keep changes understandable, test the important paths, and leave a way back.

03

Explain what works

Turn experiments into useful notes that someone else can follow.
